I've done the cuda 10.1->10.2 transition in sid, binNMUed everything for
amd64, and it has already migrated. What's the status on the Ubuntu side?

cuda 11.0 is through NEW and waiting in experimental for being tested
(11.0.3 is currently being uploaded), I've already filed two FTBFS
bugs... eztrace-contrib #968312, pyhst2 #968318
Also astra-toolbox FTBFS on ppc64el (#968334) in case someone wants to
take a look.

Soon the 450 driver and all the arm64 enabled packages should be ready
to migrate, let's see if this works out or if I missed some bits ...

Plans for buster-backports are 450 and tesla-450 drivers (and their
deps), and cuda 10.2 afterwards

I'll probably get rid of the tesla-440 bits soon (planned EoL in
November), 450-tesla should cover it completely (planned EoL in 3 years).
