Removing myself from Uploaders

This is long overdue on my part as well; it's been years since I've
actively contributed to any nvidia packages (or Debian in general -
I've unfortunately let many of my packages bitrot). I also no longer
use a PC with nvidia hardware so I can't meaningfully contribute even
if I wanted to. I don't think I have write access to the team's
packages in salsa so I'm not able to take care of this myself, but
please go ahead and remove me from uploaders.

Just wanted to say thanks especially to Andreas and Luca for taking
care of bumblebee/bbswitch/primus and the associated ecosystem of
packages!
