That's not a Debian kernel.

It is likely built with CC=gcc and thus affected by the recent switch of
the default compiler from gcc-9 to gcc-10. Official Debian kernel images
are always built with a versioned compiler, e.g. CC=gcc-9 and the
headers packages carry the matching compiler dependency s.t. such
mismatches don't occur.
