nvidia-legacy-390xx on buster-backports

Dear Maintainers,

First of all, thank you for all the hard work that you been doing all this
time!

buster-backports repo contain nvidia-drivers and nvidia-legacy-340xx but
no nvidia-legacy-390xx. That port is needed to keep up the driver running
on backported kernels. I use nvidia-legacy-390xx from bullseye and they
work like a charm in buster but, has a IT administrator of a university
campus, it's a pain to maintain machines updated due to heterogeneity of
hardware and Debian is our Linux of choice.

There is a reason for nvidia-legacy-390xx hasn't been backported?
