Hi Andreas,
I did a clean install of Buster from netinst 10.1 and after that added Buster-backports to apt sources.list and then installed nvidia-kernel-dkms nvidia-opencl-icd nvidia-smi from Buster-backports. It does the same if I use Buster or bullseye so would appear broken since Buster came out. I have been forced to stay with stretch as that is the last working version.
I will run reportbug in a little while.
