I've just renamed src:nvidia-graphics-drivers-tesla to
src:nvidia-graphics-drivers-tesla-418, which is now sitting in NEW.
Please update the whitelist accordingly.

There will likely soon be src:nvidia-graphics-drivers-tesla-440, too
(for CUDA 10.2). It will be based on the 440.xx nvidia-graphics-drivers
currently in experimental. Perhaps you can already add it?
