bumblebee 3.2.1-21 and bumblebee-nvidia 3.2.1-21 broken

Hi,

I just wanted to inform you that the packages that are mentioned in the
subject of this email appear to be broken. The Nvidia card seems to be
powered on after the upgrade to version 3.2.1-21.

I am using a HP Pavilion 14CE3040 with dual graphics (Nvidia
MX250+Intel) and Debian Sid. I managed to solve the issue by downgrading
to 3.2.1-20.

While I had 3.2.1-21 installed, darktable-cltest indicated that both
graphics cards were powered on and battery life was poor.

Unfortunately I cannot provide more info since I am not a dev.
