Some background: In the 5.9.11-1 upload for src:linux we disabled
NOUVEAU_LEGACY_CTX_SUPPORT which was keeping DRM_LEGACY enabled (cf.
#975038). The intention of disabling DRM_LEGACY was actually already
much earlier in 5.5.17-1, but due to the above it was kept enabled
until noticed now.
