Possibility for updated nvidia-driver package for Buster?

Hi all,

Is there a chance of getting an updated nvidia-driver package for Buster? I managed to snag a new RTX3070Ti card but it needs at least drivers version     460.84 or 465.31 while Bullseye and Buster-backports have 460.73 and with the freeze on Bullseye I guess packages won't be moving from unstable for a while.

Alternatively, is there a recipe for making such a package for myself?
