Of course we can add that ;-)
Do we have software in Debian (probably contrib or non-free) that is 
capable of using it?
I didn't add dependencies yet for several libraries that are bundled 
with the driver because there are no known consumers. (E.g. 
libnvidia-fbc1 has in its description: "NvFBCOpenGL is a private API 
that is only available to approved partners for use in remote graphics 
scenarios.")
