Bug#996595: nvidia-legacy-390xx-driver: NVIDIA service is not starting with the system

I uninstall all nvidia related package, before The installation to send The
bug report... I used The following commands to uninstall everything:

apt remove - -purge nvida* libnvidia*
apt autoremove

After this, i rebooted and then installed Just The
nvidia-legacy-390xx-driver.

I dont know why The libnvidia-config was installed together...

I'll verify your recomendations and give you a feedback.
