Ship nvidia GBM support as part of nvidia-graphics-drivers package

Hi,

the GBM support was added to the 495 Nvidia drivers but is not shipped as part of the nvidia-graphics-drivers package.
In commit 108327f784efdf134a153a4537de01079b912cd5, Andreas mentioned that the following files will be shipped as part of the src:egl-wayland package instead.

- libnvidia-egl-gbm.so.1.1.*
- 15_nvidia_gbm.json

I doubt that this is possible as libnvidia-egl-gbm.so is not part of the github/nvidia/egl-wayland project.
