The upstream support for the Tesla 450 driver series is scheduled to end
in 07/2023: https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/tesla/drivers/
i.e. around the expected release of bookworm.
It therefore shouldn't be released with bookworm.
The Tesla 470 driver series (EoL 07/2024) should support all devices and
features of the 450 series.
The severity of this bug will be raised once we approach the bookworm freeze.
