The ppc64el one finished while I was checking. It also timed out and 
took in total 8 hours.

Hmm, I think that could be something that autopkgtest could check before 
starting, apt knows about this, doesn't it?

Ack, hence not blaming nvidia-cuda-toolkit anymore.
