The upstream support for the 390 legacy driver series is scheduled to end
in 12/2022: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3142
It therefore cannot be released with bookworm.
The severity of this bug will be raised once we approach the bookworm freeze.
