Nope, that is a problem in src:linux-signed-amd64 after src:linux got 
binNMUed, the metapackges are uninstallable

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  linux-headers-amd64 : Depends: linux-headers-5.17.0-2-amd64 (= 
5.17.6-1) but it is not going to be installed
