The 390xx-legacy driver is EoL upstream (support ended end of 2022), has 
unfixable CVEs (as that would require updating the blobs) and is 
therefore not suitable for inclusion in new stable releases (or 
stable-backports). It will be kept in unstable and I'll fix module 
compilation support with newer kernel releases as long as that is 
possible with reasonable effort (like the 340xx series), but it will be 
completely untested. The driver packages from unstable should stay 
installable on stable, but are only intended for people understanding 
the implications of using that driver.
