Of course it is. libGLX.so.0 is the SONAME (that is referenced by
binaries and libraries needing GLX), libGLX.so.0.0.0 the actual filename.
To restore the original link (as ldconfig would do):
ln -sf libGLX.so.0.0.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGLX.so.0
