Bug#1063780: Package: linux-image-6.1.0-18-amd64, linux-headers-6.1.0-18-amd64, and nvidia-kernel-dkms v525.147.05-4~deb12u1

Package:   nvidia-kernel-dkms v525.147.05-4~deb12u1 against linux-image-6.1.0-18-amd64 and linux-headers-6.1.0-18-amd64.

I am receiving an error when compiling the nvidia-kernel-dkms (v525.147.05-4~deb12u1)  against linux-image-6.1.0-18-amd64, linux-headers-6.1.0-18-amd64.

Accroding to make.log for the nvidia-kernel-dkms module compile it is trying to use GPL-only symbols from inside a GPL-incompatible module:
ERROR: modpost: GPL-incompatible module nvidia.ko uses GPL-only symbol '__rcu_read_lock'
ERROR: modpost: GPL-incompatible module nvidia.ko uses GPL-only symbol '__rcu_read_unlock'
