No. We did not backport the addon to bullseye. Packages in need of
backporting there tend to use a different rune:
override_dh_installdeb:
! command -v dh_movetousr >/dev/null || dh_movetousr
dh_installdeb
Since this command turns itself into a noop in earlier releases and it
is all that is being added, it can be skipped on older releases like
this.

The other route is upgrading this bug into an rc bug and letting the
autoremover do its work. I'll leave this up to you and note that we'll
be bumping this bug to rc after DebConf.
