Do you intend to clone the repository?  If yes I'd ask for removal on
Debian/ team space to avoid confusion.  In any case I've now set

For a proper Salvage process we would need another human Uploader.

OK, I `git am`-ed it and (force) pushed to (I unintentionally pushed a
commit stating unstable as target distribution which is reverted now)

Done.  Just let me know what you consider the best way to proceed.
I think filing an Intend to Salvage bug would be a sensible way to
go and I'm fine using the Bug of the Day template to file this bug
but I will not be the additional Uploader.
