Removing myself from the team

Hello Andreas,

I haven't been able to find the time to contribute to the nvidia team
for a long time now, and I am sorry about that.

I still had one nvidia gpu in one of my computers, so I clinged on
thinking one day I might work on these packages again. But I have now
swapped that one last card as well, and I no longer have any nvidia
hardware, so it is time.

I have pushed a commit to the main branch of all repos I could find
where I was listed as an uploader, removing myself (if I missed
something, please update the d/control file when you next work on it),
and I left the group on Salsa.

Thank you for all the help and guidance over the years, and wish you
all the best.
