The plan for CUDA >= 12.4 after the stable release?

My plan is to switch to 12.4 with 550 driver for trixie. And the default 
compiler to GCC 13.
CUDA will remain ppc64 support for now, but with relaxed driver 
dependencies on ppc64el. Last ppc64el supporting driver is 
src:nvidia-graphics-drivers-tesla-550 in sid (won't be in trixie).
ppc64el driver support was removed from src:nvidia-graphics-drivers in 
sid, experimental, bookworm and will happen for 
src:nvidia-graphics-drivers-tesla-535 soon.

I'll drop ppc64el cuda support once I get to newer cuda releases 
post-trixie.
