I updated my Debian 13 system. The package 'nvidia-modprobe' was updated to 570.133.07-1, but the core driver packages (nvidia-kernel-dkms and nvidia-driver) remained at version 550.xx. 

* Historical Context:
I have encountered this exact synchronization issue previously on Debian 12 (Bookworm) and several Debian-based derivatives. This suggests a persistent flaw in the packaging workflow where utility packages are promoted to stable repositories before the matching kernel modules are ready.

* What exactly did you do?
I attempted to boot and initialize the NVIDIA GPU (MX110) on a hybrid graphics laptop (Intel i5-8265U + NVIDIA MX110).

* What was the outcome of this action?
The system suffers a complete hard freeze (unresponsive) during the GPU initialization phase. This is a critical regression that renders the system unusable for users with hybrid NVIDIA graphics.

* What outcome did you expect instead?
The Debian NVIDIA maintainers should implement a strict version dependency or a "lock" to ensure that 'nvidia-modprobe' is never updated to a newer major branch (e.g., 570) unless the corresponding kernel drivers are available and updated simultaneously.

* Additional Information:
This issue consistently affects hybrid graphics users across the Debian ecosystem and its derivatives (e.g., Linux Mint, MX Linux), causing widespread instability whenever a new major NVIDIA branch is introduced.
