Bug#1143256: nvidia-driver: fails DKMS build on kernel 6.12.100-1 with too few arguments to function ‘pci_resize_resource’

...I have no idea how my searching failed to find bug #1143204 , which I
believe is almost exactly this save that I'm on -3 rather than -2, and has
already had some more investigation done. Sorry for the dup.
