Bug#1135362: Bug should not be closed

  Current version of the package in the repository is STILL 550.163.01-5.1. The updated version with
backported pacthes is still in experimental and blocked as of July 18th, 2:24 UTC. These are the
excuses from the QA page:

    nvidia-driver-full/arm64 has unsatisfiable dependency
    Implicit dependency: nvidia-graphics-drivers nvidia-open-gpu-kernel-modules (not considered)

Additional info (not blocking):

    Autopkgtest skipped on amd64: not installable
    Autopkgtest skipped on arm64: not installable

Depends: nvidia-graphics-drivers nvidia-open-gpu-kernel-modules

This bug should remain open until the nvidia team can manage its migration (hopefully using
upstream's latest version).
