Bug#1132319: libegl-nvidia0: Missing dependency on libnvidia-allocator1 for nvidia-drm_gbm.so

Package: libegl-nvidia0
Version: 550.163.01-2
During my work with the Steam Runtime, I've been told that Nvidia's EGL
driver now requires Nvidia's GBM backend, nvidia-drm_gbm.so. (Sorry,
I haven't been able to verify this at the moment.)
As packaged in Debian, libegl-nvidia0 has no dependency on
libnvidia-allocator1, which contains the GBM backend. I'm led to believe
that this means that in a minimal installation of Nvidia drivers, the
EGL driver would be present but not work as intended; to solve this, I
think either libegl-nvidia0 or libnvidia-eglcore should probably depend
on that package.
A mitigation is that the nvidia-driver-libs metapackage (which is what
most Debian users will install) *does* pull in libnvidia-allocator1 and
therefore the GBM backend.
Thanks,
smcv
