CUDA version in debian/sid is not new enough for users

Hi Andreas,

nvidia-cuda-toolkit has being removed from testing, because the current
version depends on a too old gcc (and AFAIK, won't build with a newer one).

Is there any way we can help with updates?

A newer toolkit is important especially to support more recent hardware.

Best,
Christian
