PyOpenCl can be linked against libopencl-1.2-1, run with libopencl-1.2-1
but use nvidia-opencl-icd (which would be opencl-icd-1.1)

probably vendor-opencl-icd should depend on libopencl-1.2-1 if it cannot
be run reliably with libopencl-1.1-1 - do we have such a case somewhere?

Oh right, multiarch ... does that work currently?
