You may want to set the owner to you as well, that would be done via
    Control: owner -1 !
to the bug.

And you should join the alioth project pkg-opencl.

I'd say yes. The preliminary pocl packaging predates this list.

Your opencl-icd-all approach sounds interesting, but as Vincent said, we
need a free CPU ICD first.
