[Pkg-opencl-devel] pocl ITP, and opencl-icd selection

I have now done a similar test in a sid chroot:
-pocl and amd-opencl-icd can be installed together and both work (though 
I haven't tested having both running at the same time).
-beignet still exits (taking python down with it) when asked for the 
list of devices.
-nvidia-opencl-icd didn't appear as a platform at all; is this expected 
in a chroot (i.e. Ubuntu kernel module not matching Debian userspace 
driver) or is it a bug?
