amd-clinfo works with amd-opencl-icd and pocl, clinfo works with 
amd-opencl-icd but fails with nvidia-319 (known issue, #721103) and pocl 
("terminate called after throwing an instance of 'unsigned long'
Aborted (core dumped)").  Both fail with beignet (on unsupported 
hardware), with the same error as pyopencl.
