You have my blessing to change the maintainer field if you like, as I

There is a regression in the last NMU: Ubuntu LLVM has a different
epoch, which is the reason for the convoluted dependency spec:

llvm-dev >= 3.4, llvm-dev < 1:0 | llvm-dev > 1:3.4

The same thing is required for clang, so Ubuntu can directly use the
package without an extra patch.
