Pushed #768185 fix and renaming to beignet-opencl-icd.

LP#1354086 now appears to be an instance of "the GPU using up the 
(shared) memory will hang the system" (which is the case in OpenGL as 
well as OpenCL, so may not be a beignet bug as such).  The newly-added 
alloc_host_ptr feature is unreliable (reported upstream as 
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/beignet/2015-January/005058.html 
), but it is not yet clear where the actual problem is.
