I think the "-all" package should have hard dependencies on all
available free ICDs (so the Ubuntu packages are different), so I have an
upgrade-safe way of specifying "all of them", e.g. for portable
installations on USB sticks.

As soon as a single ICD is installed, the "-all" package can be removed,
because of the alternative in the dependency specification in libopencl1.
