Should Ubuntu sync clinfo from experimental? Do we need a new upload
there first?

A bit off-topic, since Ubuntu synced libvdpau from experimental, it
should probably take the matching vdpauinfo from there, too.
(upstream decided to bump version to match the library in addition to
testing new features)
