[Pkg-opencl-devel] OpenCL and multiarch

For beignet, -DLIB_INSTALL_DIR=/usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH) moves it 
to the multiarch directory (all of it, including 
not-actually-arch-dependent parts; this could probably be improved on), and

either of these options works for the .icd file(s); shall I ask upstream 
which they prefer?  (I'm guessing the first, as it lets them keep their 
configurable install location, while the second forces the standard one.)
