That's the long-standing "no shared local memory on Haswell" problem, 
which supposedly _does_ show up in the test suite.  Are you also seeing 
the bug reported here, i.e. a totally broken ICD interface but working 
direct linking?

Even if that patch does fix the problem, "disable a security feature in 
the kernel" is not the kind of fix that's likely to be accepted in Debian.

Does using a newer kernel (e.g. 3.19.3 from Debian experimental) help?
