I’ve got this working in unstable with llvm-3.7 (with a minor local patch), so I’m able to test the packaging now.

I’m not in any rush to get this out the door so I’m happy to wait a short while until the GCC5/libstdc++ transition has settled down a little. I’m anticipating a new upstream release in a few weeks anyway, so it’s probably worth me aiming to get the first package cut from that release to avoid incurring additional reviewing/sponsoring effort from you guys.
