[Pkg-opencl-devel] missing cl.hpp from khronos-opencl-headers v2.0

Dear Debian OpenCL maintainers,

I am currently involved with packaging of scientific software which 
relies on the availability of the OpenCL C++ bindings. The latter have 
been removed from the OpenCL headers package since version 2.0 according 
to the changelog.

I was wondering what should be done moving forward. Do we expect 
upstream to ship their own copy of cl.hpp from OpenCL header v1.2? Do we 
ship them as part of the debian/ folder? Something else?
