[Pkg-opencl-devel] New OpenCL Package - Oclgrind

LLVM 3.6 is now available in testing and the bugs blocking this package have been fixed. I don’t know whether the “no unrelated uploads” restriction is still in place for the GCC5 transition, but as far as I’m concerned this package is now good to go. I’ve tested on both unstable and testing, and all seems to be well.

If anyone has any comments or suggestions for improvements to the current package they would be gratefully received.
