[Pkg-opencl-devel] missing cl.hpp from khronos-opencl-headers v2.0

Bumping this as I’m also keen to see the latest C++ bindings included in the OpenCL headers package. Aside from adding OpenCL 2.0 support, it includes various other improvements for developers targeting OpenCL 1.X as well.

If bandwidth is an issue I’d be happy to help out with this package, although I notice that the sources are not stored under the pkg-opencl Alioth group (presumably because the package predates this Team’s existence).
