Khronos has moved the OpenCL headers to GitHub:

https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenCL-Headers
https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenCL-CLHPP

They are still available via SVN at present, but perhaps we should
consider updating the khronos-opencl-headers package to use GitHub as
the upstream source. The GitHub repositories also provide a mechanism
to upstream bug-fixes if necessary.

The C++ header (cl2.hpp) hasn’t yet been updated for OpenCL 2.1
(development is underway in an upstream branch). Is it a problem to
update opencl-headers with 2.1 C headers if cl2.hpp is left at 2.0? I
suppose there may be a problem with package versioning, since these
two repositories are independently versioned.
