[Pkg-opencl-devel] Bug#836960: libclc: Please provide a newer snapshot

Dear Maintainer,

we (Mesa maintainers) would like to build Mesa against llvm-3.9 and thus need
a newer snapshot of libclc built with clang-3.9.

I've prepared a new upload of libclc at [1].

Please upload it to experimental.
