[Pkg-opencl-devel] Architecture changes when uploading new package

Hello.
I have problem with PyOpenCL. I uploaded 2016.1+git20161003-1 with
many architectures, including mips64el. As there was no OpenCL ICD
for mips64el, package has not transited to testing. So I uploaded
2016.1+git20161003-2, without mips64el - but now it is also stuck
in unstable. On https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/pyopencl I got
"6 days old (needed 5 days)
missing build on mips64el: python-pyopencl, python-pyopencl-dbg,
python-pyopencl-doc, python3-pyopencl, python3-pyopencl-dbg (from
2016.1+git20161003-1)"

Is there something I need to do to allow package without particular
architectures to transit? How was it done for pocl - which now
has less architectures than previously?

Best regards.
