Package: beignet
Version: 1.2.1-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

On December 8 I reported bug # 847447, which I transcribe:
----------------------------------------------------------
 Dear Maintainer,

After the last update, when I try to open some blender job the system closes.

I copy the error that it gives in the terminal:

Jecoxeon @ jecoxeon: ~ $ blender

Can not connect to server socket err = No such file or directory

Blender: /home/geier/beignet/src/intel/intel_driver.c:140:
Intel_driver_context_init: Assertion `driver-> ctx 'failed.
Aborted
Jecoxeon @ jecoxeon: ~ $

Thank you for your time and your work.

And the answer was as follows:

Uh? What's that? Who's "geier"?
There's nothing in Blender code referring to anything similar.
So, probably you have a locally-built driver for intel video graphics or
Something and this is interfering with the program.

This is not a Blender issue, then.
Closing

Cheers.

---------------------------

Trying to verify that it was what caused the program to fall, completely
uninstall the beignet package. Checking that the blender became stable and did
not fall off.

I do not really know what to do with deleting the package, but the consequence
is that blender works.

I hope this information is helpful.
