Did you consider becoming a Debian Maintainer? I could grant you upload
permissions for oclgrind and you would only require sponsoring for new
upstream versions (since they add new packages>).

But sponsoring a well prepared package is much less work for me than
doing a QA upload or NMU, so don't worry :-)
