I finally managed to get 0.13 built with cmake and produce comparable
packages :-) With 0.13 we at least have a working reference (autotools
build system) to fix the failing tests under cmake.
Todays upload of 0.13-10 is still using autotools and for picking up
more gcc-7 related symbol changes, and to keep out unrelated changes in
the cmake switch.
Next will be 0.13-11 tomorrow to experimental using cmake :-)
And all the cmake related fixes seem to be neccessary for 0.14, too.

0.14 did not build out-of-the-box with the generic x86-64 target
(-DLLC_HOST_CPU=$(LLC_HOST_CPU)), but I think I've managed that now :-)
