To identify more precisely what isn't working, please install the
beignet-dev package and run
OCL_IGNORE_SELF_TEST=1 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/beignet/utest_run

Is this a new problem (i.e. have you used it without this error before),
and if so, when did it start?

darktable doesn't actually use beignet by default anyway (
https://sources.debian.org/src/darktable/2.4.0-1/src/common/opencl_drivers_blacklist.h/?hl=36#L36
), so it should be fine to ignore this message for now, but as it
happens at driver load, it is likely to also affect any other
OpenCL-using applications you might have.

What might be the same bug has been reported upstream as
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102137 and
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101485 , but they don't
have a fix.
