[Pkg-opencl-devel] updating OpenCL headers to 2.2?

Hi,

I plan to update the khronos-opencl-headers package to 2.2 and upload to
unstable directly, unless someone objects.
The upstream diff is minimal, there are only a few added macros and
prototypes. Nothing has been deprecated.
stats: 3 files changed, 48 insertions(+)
The recent 2.1+snapshot upload had way more upstream changes:
 6 files changed, 1172 insertions(+), 80 deletions(-)

The proposed package can be found in branch WIP/2.2 in git.
